Privacy statement
- All submissions will be used anonymously in the sound installation. To ensure this, personal data will not be saved along with audio files. All audio files uploaded will automatically be renamed using random characters.
- Audio files and personal data will be stored securely, and according to our Data Protection procedures. Read more about how we use your data.
- By submitting a recording to 100 VOICES you give your permission for your audio file and it’s transcription to be used by Sound Voice and our partners in perpetuity within both an in-person or web-based sound installation.
- By submitting your audio file to 100 VOICES, your audio file may appear in the final sound installation, but it is not guaranteed.
- Your audio recording will only be used as part of the 100 VOICES touring and digital project, and to support project communications and evaluation.
- You can withdraw your recording from the project up to three weeks after the recording date, at which point Sound Voice will delete the files. After this time, we cannot guarantee the ability to withdraw your recording.
